At Grow & Glow, we work hard to ensure fast processing and quick delivery of your orders. Because of this, we allow cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation Terms

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM.
  • After 24 hours, your order will be processed and shipped, and cancellation will not be possible.
  • Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

  • Order ID or confirmation screenshot
  • Name used while ordering
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)
